I’m so excited that this year, 2020, is a leap year and it’s tomorrow!

It couldn’t be more apt for me, as I took on the Bucket List Coach business and launched my first workshop in January, so this is definitely MY leap year!

What are you going to do with it? Want some ideas? Well hopefully, you are receiving my ‘2-min reads’ from Bucket List Coach (p.s. These are separate lists, so you can unsubscribe at any time there and you will still get this one and vice versa). These are designed to give you inspiration on how to live your bucket list life.

Loris & Lee are taking the leap with our new show, and we have our photoshoot for the poster image tomorrow on the actual leap day, how cool is that? I’ll show you the pictures next month.

It’s been 10 years since I took the leap by getting married. To celebrate our 10-year anniversary in June, we have booked a narrowboat holiday, which has been on my bucket list for ages 🙂

It is International Women’s Day on 8th March, so I am putting on a special one-off version of Bucket List Board Workshop to mark the occasion. If you are a woman, I invite you to come and create a tangible life plan to take you into the next century of equality and possibility! If you are a man, please come to the special on Wednesday 25th March, in aid of men’s mental health.

Finally, I was so sad to hear about the death of Caroline Flack this month.

On social media, I have spent most of February talking about kind acts for others and the month of love. As Loris & Lee, we launched The Kindness Hideaway and entitled our show Kindness is Contagious: Pass It On, because we feel people can be quite casual in their cruelty. It felt so brutal for someone to feel too alone to get help. I had already planned to have a mental health special at the end of March in aid of men’s mental health because of the high suicide rates amongst young men and the homeless. This brings it home that anyone, male or female, and however seemingly successful, can be suffering on the inside. #Caroline RIP.

Remember, life’s way too short.
